Meet your Guide:
Alice Patterson
I was somehow wise enough at the ripe young age of 20, to start my journey of reflection; to move inwards and find who Alice truly is. It wasn't always easy, but personally reflecting, observing, feeling, understanding, accepting, and resolving (with brutal honesty) what is inside us, is one of the most beneficial acts and gifts we have to give to ourselves and others. I've created this workbook and am serving as a guide to empower others with easy-to-comprehend skills to help the mindfulness journey flow with grace and understanding.
